All projects, regardless of size and scale will run through phases of Discovery and Needs Analysis, Solution Design, Business Acceptance, Testing and Implementation.

Projects timeframes vary based on the clients desired outcomes, and scope of work. We are highly experienced Workflow and/or P.A.V.E specialists and have deep experience designing and implementing these projects at the global roll out level and for small to medium size forwarders as well.
